These perfectly seasoned oven roasted barbeque potato wedges with skin on are absolutely fantastic! They are gluten-free, vegan, easy, quick and delicious – crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Made with raw potatoes and seasoned with dried parsley, smoked paprika and onion and garlic powder. Make a great side dish anytime or as a meal on its own paired with your favorite dip.
What you’ll need to make roasted potato wedges in oven
- 1.1 kg (2.4 lbs) potatoes
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon dry parsley
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make Homemade Seasoned Roasted Potato Wedges
Preheat the oven to 250 ° C (482 °F), with both top and bottom heat. Rinse the potatoes very well, shake off the excess water and cut them into wedges.
Using your hands coat the wedges with oil and the seasonings evenly. Feel free to use a mixing bowl with a cover or resealable plastic bag if you don’t want to get your hands dirty.
Transfer the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with a parchment paper and bake for 35 minutes.
Turn the potatoes halfway.
