Easy Pizza bread rolls

Sharing is caring!

Pizza bread rolls are an amazing alternative to normal pizza.

The first time I ate pizza bread rolls/ pizza buns /Pizza Brötchen or whatever you call them, made by mum in law was in 2013. Back then I told my mum in law that I was not going to leave her alone until she has shared with me her pizza bread rolls recipe. She was so kind such that she told me which ingredients she used.

I later noted down the recipe when I returned home. Since then I made this recipe tons of times, especially when having game nights with our friends or when I’m not in a mood of standing for hours in the kitchen.

If you’re a fan of pizza, then you’re definitely gonna love this pizza bread rolls recipe. It’s super easy just like chicken pineapple curry and only takes 25 mins to make including preparation time.

All you have to do is to split store bought bread rolls. Top them with ham, salami, grated cheese, cream cheese, tomato paste, bell peppers & mushrooms mixture. And bake them for maximum 15 minutes.

This recipe makes a perfect finger food at any party. You can also have them as a meal on their own. They’re also enjoyable when cold.

So if you’re looking for a busy-day dinner or appetizer recipe then you should definitely give this one a try!!
