  • 400 g/ 14,1 oz ground pork
  • 200 g/ 7 oz cream cheese
  • 200 g/ 7 oz heavy cream
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 ml/ 2 cups/ 16,9 fl oz water
  • 1 large leek (500 g/ 17,6 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, ground pepper and ground nutmeg to taste


  • Begin by cleaning and slicing leek. Then peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large pot over medium high heat. Add chopped onion and garlic and fry for about 2 minutes. Add ground meat and cook it for about 2 to 3 minutes until the meat has browned. Add chopped leek, mix very well and let cook for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Stir in water. Then bring to a boil, cover and let cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes stir in cream cheese and heavy cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Let cook for about 3 to 5 minutes and DONE!
