Ingredients

  • 1.1 kg (2.4 lbs) potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley dry
  • 2 tablespoons  sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 250 ° C (482 °F), with both top and bottom heat.
  • Rinse the potatoes very well, shake off the excess water and cut them into wedges. Using your hands coat the wedges with oil and the seasonings evenly. You can also use a mixing bowl with a cover or a resealable plastic bag if you don't want to get your hands dirty.
  • Transfer the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with a parchment paper and bake for 35 minutes. Turn the potatoes halfway. Enjoy!
