Creamy Wild Garlic Dip
This wid garlic dip is creamy and incredibly tasty. Made with just 3 ingredients: Fresh wild garlic leaves, feta cheese and sour cream in less than 10 minutes. Such a great way to utilize wild garlic when in season.

- 200 g (7 oz) feta cheese good quality
- 200 g (7 oz) sour cream
- 50 g (about 2 oz) fresh wild garlic
- salt and pepper to taste OPTIONAL
Wash the wild garlic under running tap water, shake off excess water and place it in a large colander to drain.
Next, finely chop wild garlic leaves. Then put feta in a bowl and break it up into smaller pieces with a fork. Stir in sour cream and mix until well combined. Now fold in finely chopped wild garlic. Taste the dip and season with salt and freshly ground pepper, if necessary. Let your spread rest for at least 1 hour and serve.
- You can keep the dip in the fridge for up to 4 days.
